In order to execute this procedure properly, LeFlore’s requires all authorization of all returns by calling our store location or faxing the authorization request . The return authorization number must appear on the outside of each package.
Once we have received a return, LeFlore’s will certainly inspect it and issue a credit within 14 days. Merchandise that's not defective will be returned with a 15% re-stocking fee to customer. Leflore’s will not issue refunds on merchandise showing signs of excessive wear and abuse or that has been repaired or altered.
